Integration Circle

In this circle, we will explore the art of integration for transformational rites of passage using our five senses and the many dimensions of our lives. These experiences may have been aided by psychedelics/plant medicine or could be from a big shift in life like a move, a birth, a death, etc. We will first explore the stages of transformation by reflecting on who you were before your experience, who you were during, and who you are now. We will ask what smells, sounds, colors, textures, and tastes represent the wisdom from our journeys. What elements from nature allow us to feel connected to our experiences?

How are our experiences present in our home, work, and social lives? Let’s explore how we can share this embodied wisdom with our communities. We will dive into these areas through self-reflection, group sharing, and embodied practice to deeper install these shifts into our lives.
