Second, it is a truly AMAZING visionary, healing, and creative inspirational experience! It is very easy to learn and use independently (usually after 1 training session). You can use it in your life as a daily spiritual practice, as a powerhouse for other practices such as meditation, yoga, tai chi, as well as daily life activities and athletics.
