Event Details

Qi Gong is an ancient practice which supports health and well-being.  Qi Gong brings about a greater sense of self, well-being, self-esteem and connection in the world. This practice helps to balance the Yin/Yang energy of the body, opening up the channels and clearing out blockages resulting in greater health and wellness.  This class includes: 

  • Book Study of Master Chunyi Lin’s book: Head – To –Toe Healing
  • 30 minute Qi Gong Practice, supporting wellness of the 5 organ systems
  • Meditation/ Visualization for opening channels of the body for greater wellness
  • Chanting of sounds, use of color and positive messages for enhancing health

Sharon Ann Wikoff has had a deep and continuous longing to understand the meaning of life and how the Universe works.   This ultimately led to her love and passion for Qi Gong, an ancient Chinese scientific study/practice, working with the Qi in the Universe & in our bodies. Over the last 20 years she’s led numerous study groups.  She is a passionate practitioner of Spring Forest Qi Gong and is excited to share her personal experience of healing, well-being and the JOY of practice.  (530) 470- 3630
