Sitting with the Mountain

This Saturday, 11-11, offers a very powerful opportunity to align with and integrate frequencies of the highest order into the human paradigm.

Mount Shasta ‘timeless time’ Art Center will be open from 11am – 4 pm and offers a most comfortable seat (with a warm view of the Mountain) for 5-10 minute individual segments of contemplative directed intent in your own way. Additionally, Tara will share a spiritual healing energy called Jyorei from 1-4 pm.  The recipient of Jyorei will sit for 5-10 minutes.  There is no physical contact with the recipient and this healing is free of cost. Jyorei is a healing practice that means “purification of the spirit.”
