Free the Rooted Child

The first rooted child is born during infancy and toddlerhood, a time of innocence and unawareness of fear, confusion, and grief, along with curiosity, and at times, terror around human behavior. Subsequently, we plant beliefs about who we are, our place in the world, and our connections or lack thereof. These beliefs deepen and penetrate us like roots, weaving through our being and forming a protective self-preservation cocoon, yet also root in unconscious beliefs and behaviors that are now in our way. I act as a guide leading you through the journey to meet your rooted child and to free and cleanse them to begin anew.
