Wounds of the heart are unresolved traumas from this and other lifetimes, including abandonment, betrayal, unrequited love, untimely death, sexual, physical and emotional abuse.

The heart walls formed from these traumas can keep you from moving on and being open and available to receive and give love in your current life.
