Healing Sound Journey

Lauren will take you on an entranced soundscape leading to a deep altered inner state. She has a unique gift to sing the body back into harmony as you dance with the cosmos. Lauren can read what the body is in need of and uses her instruments to assist you in reaching higher stages of consciousness. All levels of meditation are welcome, all you need to do is show up, get comfortable and receive the healing vibrations of sound.
