Heart Space Community Connection

Join me for on opportunity to deeply connect to yourself, each other and community through a variety of group and partner exercises ranging from movement, sounding, eye-gazing and sharing ideas meant to foster safety, authenticity and vulnerability. To close the night and the container we will end with a mini acoustic music offering from me (CYRENITY) to activate the experience through a meaningful and empowering song journey.
