Medicine Music

Mount Shasta Medicine Music. Come by and enjoy an evening of soulful songs with The Shasta Trio. With music rooted in ceremonial, medicine, folk, spiritual, and Kirtan, the Trio’s intention is to connect community through the immersion of music.

Alyssa Narum has a bachelors and masters degree in vocal performance from the University of North Texas and the Cincinnati conservatory of Music. She has performed professionally in choirs all over the nation including Cincinnati, Dallas, and New York City before making the transition to singer song writer.

Saul Smith Stewart is a composer, professional musician and music educator.  While studying music at Cal Poly Paul joined the Central Coast band Still Time. Saul became the Director of Performing Arts at his alma mater Marin Catholic College Preparatory in Marin County, CA. He has since taken time to focus on healing as well as songwriting. 

Mitchell Miller is a singer songerwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He cultivated his passion and ability to perform music in Savannah, GA. Mitchell spent years in a band called The Mercers and played a wide variety of genres including blues, rock, jazz, and many more.
