Discover this little-known gem of a Park along the Sacramento River in Dunsmuir on a guided walk with Mount Shasta Bioregional Ecology Center and Friends of Tauhindauli Park. You’ll learn about the Park’s natural and human history, including the old Soda Springs Resort and the many native plants and animals that currently call the Park home. This is a free event! Please bring a hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle. Wear comfortable clothes and footwear. We’ll walk about one mile. Parking space at the Park is limited and we encourage car-pooling. Additional parking and carpool details will be provided to registrants prior to the event. Minors will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
