A day of Self-Care and Self-Love!
We will have a Meditation 🧘🏻♀️ Pranayama (breath exercises) Yoga, Hands-on-Healing, Reiki and Sound Healing with Singing/Chanting/Kirtan with Harmonium, Guitar, Keyboard and other instruments- words for songs will be provided. The experience is by donation and $22-$33 is suggested ~ no one is turned away. It’s not required to attend the full 3 hours- you may come and go as you please.
