We begin with ceremonial cacao, a gentle plant medicine known for opening the heart, enhancing mood, and deepening meditation. As the cacao works through your system, you’ll be guided through vocal toning and chanting to activate your voice, awaken your authentic expression, and create deeper resonance within.

From there, surrender into a healing sound meditation.

Your journey begins with the grounding vibrations of gongs and rhythmic drumming that synchronize with the body’s natural rhythms. Immerse yourself in soothing sounds inspired by rivers and ocean waves, followed by playful forest tones. David and Dharani bring together more than 40 years of combined experience in the healing arts. Both are certified sound healing practitioners who weave ancient wisdom, sacred sound, and heart-centered presence into every experience they facilitate.
